Changelog

Every update to Bookaiq, newest first. We ship improvements regularly — here’s what’s changed.

  1. v1.33.0Latest

A glowing sign-in card, and real faces beside it

    • ImprovedThe sign-in and sign-up card now has a light travelling around its edge, with a soft glow behind it.
    • ImprovedTwo photographs now sit either side of the phone in a diagonal, and the whole group fans open as you move your cursor over it.
  2. v1.32.0

One-surface sign-in with a live booking on screen

    • ImprovedSign-in and sign-up are now a single unbroken page rather than two halves, with the Bookaiq dot pattern drifting across the whole screen and reacting wherever you move your cursor.
    • ImprovedA phone sits alongside the form showing a real booking being made, angled and gently floating — it lifts towards you as you point at it.
  3. v1.31.0

A lighter sign-in that fits your screen

    • ImprovedThe sign-in and sign-up screen is now light throughout, with a curved divider between the two halves and the connected-dot pattern picked out in the Bookaiq logo's own blues.
    • FixedThe page no longer scrolls. It fits any window height — on shorter screens the spacing tightens and the sample schedule steps aside rather than pushing a scrollbar onto the page.
  4. v1.30.0

The sign-in screen now uses the Bookaiq mesh

    • ImprovedThe sign-in and sign-up panel is a brighter blue, the faint grid is gone, and the background is now the same connected-dot pattern as the Bookaiq logo — which drifts gently and moves away from your cursor as you point at it.
    • ImprovedIt stays still if you have reduced motion turned on, and it does not run at all on phones or in a background tab, so it costs nothing where you cannot see it.
  5. v1.29.1

Fix: two-factor sign-in was being skipped

    • FixedIf you have an authenticator app set up, signing in with your password stopped asking for the code. It now asks again.
    • FixedSigning in with an emailed code never asked for your authenticator either, which was a way around it. It now asks, the same as a password does.
    • ImprovedSigning in with a passkey still skips the extra code, as it always has — a passkey already proves both that it is your device and that it is you.
  6. v1.29.0

    A brighter, livelier sign-in

    • ImprovedThe sign-in and sign-up screens now open on a lit brand panel — deep blue with softly drifting shapes behind frosted glass — instead of the flat dark block. It settles down automatically if you have reduced motion turned on, and phones still get the compact form with no extra loading.
  7. v1.28.1

Fix: switching accounts could briefly show the previous person

    • FixedAfter signing in as a different team member, the dashboard could still show the previous person's name and menus until you refreshed the page. The app was reusing pages it had saved for offline use, and those pages did not record who they belonged to. Pages that are specific to you are no longer saved at all.
    • ImprovedBooking pages, sign-in and images still work offline. The signed-in dashboard now needs a connection — it previously only appeared to work offline, showing stale figures.
  8. v1.28.0

    Sign-in and sign-up, rebuilt

    • FixedSetting up a new workspace could fail with “Your session has expired” even though you had only just signed in — and trying again did the same thing. Opening the setup page was quietly signing you out a second or two after you arrived. Fixed.
    • ImprovedSign-in and sign-up now remember how you signed in last time and mark it, so if your account uses Google or Microsoft you are pointed at the right button instead of trying a password the account has never had.
    • ImprovedIf you already have an account and land on the sign-up page, it now says so and takes you straight in rather than bouncing you back to the form.
    • ImprovedThe sign-in and sign-up screens have been redesigned, and your business name is now kept if you ever have to sign in again part-way through setup.
    • FixedPressing Enter on the workspace setup step now submits it, instead of doing nothing.
  9. v1.27.1

Fix: the page could stay stuck after closing Quick Book

    • FixedClosing Quick Book could leave the page unable to scroll until you reloaded. Fixed.
  10. v1.27.0

Quick Book, services and locations open in the roomy window too

    • ImprovedQuick Book and the internal “New booking” panel now open as a centred window instead of a narrow strip down the right-hand side, so you can see the whole form at once.
    • ImprovedThe service editor and “New location” now use that same window, so every panel in the app behaves the same way — Esc closes it, clicking outside closes it, and the buttons stay in view while the form scrolls.
    • FixedOpening “New booking” from the calendar was quietly loading the whole booking form twice — once for desktop and once for mobile — which doubled the work it did on open. It now loads once.
  11. v1.26.0

A clearer booking confirmation, and a faster schedule to set up

    • ImprovedThe screen customers see after booking now leads with the date and time, and finally tells them where they're going and who they're seeing — the venue and address, or that it's an online or phone appointment, plus the team member's name.
    • ImprovedA team member's whole week of working hours now fits on one screen. Each day sits on a single row instead of two, so you can see Monday to Sunday without scrolling.
    • Fixed“Online” and “Mobile” no longer appear as places you have to roster someone at. They never needed their own hours — online, phone and mobile bookings already use a team member's hours from every venue — and the schedule now says so instead of asking you to fill them in twice.
  12. v1.25.0

A roomier team member view, and photo uploads

    • ImprovedOpening a team member now fills a wide window instead of a narrow side panel. Every section — Overview, Schedule, Working elsewhere, Time off, Services and Access — is listed down the side and visible at a glance, so you no longer scroll sideways to find a tab or up and down to fill in a form.
    • ImprovedA team member's photo is now uploaded from your device — drag one in or pick a file — instead of pasting in an image address. The photo saves as soon as you choose it.
    • ImprovedAdding a team member opens in the same wider window, with the role, module access, locations and services laid out side by side.
  13. v1.24.17

Tap to Pay on iPhone shows only where it can run

    • FixedOn iPhone, Tap to Pay now appears only in app builds that are approved to use it, and shows as “Coming soon” elsewhere instead of failing. This prevents a crash in App Store builds.
  14. v1.24.16

Tap to Pay: no more stuck spinner, and Apple's Terms only on request

    • FixedTap to Pay no longer gets stuck on “Getting the card reader ready”. A reader timeout was being mistaken for you cancelling, so the spinner ran forever — it now always ends with a clear message and a Try again option.
    • FixedOn iPhone, Apple's Tap to Pay Terms no longer appear on their own when you open a booking. They now show only after you tap “Set up Tap to Pay”.
  15. v1.24.15

Tap to Pay works again on iPhone and Android

    • FixedFixed the card reader failing to connect on every device. The stored Stripe Terminal location had become invalid, and the app kept reusing it instead of replacing it — it now checks and re-creates the location automatically, so Tap to Pay recovers on its own.
    • FixediPhone no longer shows a misleading “allow Location access” message when Location was already enabled.
  16. v1.24.14

Tap to Pay: show the real reason when the reader can't connect

    • ImprovedWhen Tap to Pay can't get the card reader ready, the app now shows the actual reason from the device (e.g. Apple ID / Location / Stripe setup) instead of a generic “couldn’t connect” message, so setup problems can be fixed directly.
  17. v1.24.13

Fix Tap to Pay on iPhone (couldn't connect / setup not saving)

    • FixedTap to Pay on iPhone now asks for location access before connecting the reader, which Apple requires — this fixes the “couldn’t connect” error and the setup screen that kept resetting and re-showing Apple’s Terms every time.
  18. v1.24.12

Faster, more reliable Tap to Pay

    • ImprovedTap to Pay now warms up the card reader as soon as the app opens (once set up), so the first “Take payment” tap is near-instant instead of waiting for the reader to get ready.
    • FixedFixed cases where Tap to Pay could get stuck preparing on some bookings — the reader-connect and setup steps now time out cleanly and let you retry instead of hanging.
  19. v1.24.11

iPhone Tap to Pay re-enabled + setup persistence

    • FixedTap to Pay on iPhone is live again — the setup flow (Apple Terms & Conditions) now persists so you don't have to repeat it every time you open Settings.
  20. v1.24.10

    Mobile zoom & overflow fixes

    • FixedFixed an issue where pinch-to-zoom on iPhone could lock the page in a zoomed-in state with no way to zoom back out, and the header would scroll away leaving a blank gap.
    • FixedPages no longer overflow beyond the screen width on mobile devices.
  21. v1.24.9

Tap to Pay: revert to proven connect flow

    • FixedReverted the card reader connect flow to the version that was proven working — removed the disconnect-retry and iOS location-permission steps that were causing the reader to hang at Getting the card reader ready on both platforms.
  22. v1.24.8

Tap to Pay: fully platform-aware copy

    • FixedThe Tap to Pay guide and setup screen now show the correct wording on every platform — Android sees Google Pay, PIN on your phone; iPhone sees Apple Pay, PIN on your iPhone. Removed leftover Apple-specific copy that appeared on Android.
  23. v1.24.7

Tap to Pay: cleaner setup + Android wording

    • FixedSetting up Tap to Pay now starts the card reader from a clean state, which clears the connection error that appeared after an app update. The how-to guide also shows the right wallet for your phone — Google Pay on Android, Apple Pay on iPhone. If setup still fails, it now shows the exact reason instead of a generic message.
  24. v1.24.6

Tap to Pay: iPhone location permission

    • FixedTap to Pay on iPhone now asks for location permission (which Stripe requires) — previously the app never requested it, so the card reader couldn't connect and Bookaiq didn't appear under Location Services. Needs the next iPhone app build.
  25. v1.24.5

Tap to Pay: clearer reader errors + auto-recovery

    • FixedWhen the card reader can't connect, Tap to Pay now shows the real reason (sign in to iCloud, turn on Location Services, unsupported device) instead of a generic 'couldn't get the card reader ready', and automatically retries once — which clears the reader hiccup that happens right after an app update.
  26. v1.24.4

    Tap to Pay: welcome prompt

    • NewA one-time welcome prompt lets owners and admins discover Tap to Pay and jump straight to setup. Plus a clearer message asking you to update iOS if your iPhone is on a version Tap to Pay doesn't support yet.
  27. v1.24.3

Tap to Pay: set-up & how-to in Settings

    • NewSettings → Payments now has a Tap to Pay section: set it up in one tap (accepting Apple's Terms on your device), see when it's ready, and a step-by-step guide — where to hold the card, how to take a payment, and accepting contactless cards, Apple Pay and PIN payments.
  28. v1.24.2

Calendar: no more double popup on touch

    • FixedTapping a booking on the calendar (phone/tablet) no longer shows the hover preview stacked on top of the quick-view — the hover preview is now mouse-only, so touch opens a single clean quick-view.
  29. v1.24.1

Tap to Pay on iPhone: reader startup fix

    • FixedThe iPhone card reader now starts correctly — the first attempt showed a timeout with an Android-worded message because reader results were being delivered a different way on iOS and got dropped. Real setup problems (Apple ID not signed in, unsupported device) now show a clear iPhone-specific message.
  30. v1.24.0

    Tap to Pay on iPhone

In-person card payments now work on iPhone too — same button, same flow as Android.

    • NewTake in-person card payments on iPhone with Tap to Pay — open an appointment, tap “Take payment”, and hold the customer's card to the top of the phone. Needs the latest app from TestFlight/App Store, iPhone XS or newer on iOS 16.4+, and a one-time acceptance of Apple's Tap to Pay terms on first use.
    • ImprovedRetrying an in-person payment is faster and more reliable on both platforms — a retry now picks up the original payment instead of starting from scratch.
  31. v1.23.3

Tap to Pay: smooth cancel and retry

    • FixedCancelling a Tap to Pay payment no longer shows a “couldn't connect” error — cancel now quietly closes the payment sheet, and trying again works first time.
    • FixedTap to Pay reconnects reliably after the app updates itself — no more failed first attempt following an update.
  32. v1.23.2

    Phone app stability fixes

Fixes for crashes and layout issues found while testing the iPhone app.

    • FixedOpening an appointment on the iPhone app no longer crashes — the in-person Tap to Pay button (an Android-only feature for now) was starting the card reader on iPhones and closing the app.
    • FixedEnabling biometric sign-in on iPhones no longer crashes the app, and Face ID phones now correctly say “Face ID” instead of “fingerprint”.
    • FixedThe top bar on phones now stays pinned while you scroll, and long staff / location filter menus on the calendar scroll so every option is reachable.
  33. v1.23.1

Sign-in, sign-up and booking integrity fixes

    • FixedSigning out now fully ends your session everywhere — previously the session could survive sign-out for up to an hour on this browser.
    • FixedSigning up with an email that already has an account now takes you straight to sign in with your email pre-filled, instead of waiting for a confirmation email that never arrives.
    • FixedOnline booking can no longer auto-assign a team member outside their working hours — assignments now always respect each person's schedule for that day and time.
  34. v1.23.0

Double-book on purpose, and cover another location for a day

    • NewInternal bookings can now overlap for the same staff member — when a time change, reschedule or calendar drag clashes with an existing booking, you get a clear warning and a Double-book anyway option instead of a dead end.
    • NewTemporary location changes — in Team, set a date where a staff member covers a different location. Their usual hours apply at that location for the day, and online booking offers their slots there automatically.
  35. v1.22.1

    A calmer, consistent calendar

    • ImprovedEvery day on the calendar now uses the same appointment card — time, service, staff, customer and location — no matter how busy the day is. Appointments only sit side-by-side when they actually overlap.
    • ImprovedThe grey closed-hours shading now appears only when a single location is in view (or you've filtered to one), so it can never paint over another location's appointments.
  36. v1.22.0

Move appointments anywhere, and richer notifications

    • NewDrag appointments to a different day — drag across days in Week view, or drop a booking onto any day in Month view. You always confirm before anything moves.
    • NewChange an appointment's time or location in place — new Change buttons in the appointment drawer, right next to Reassign, with an option to email the customer about the change.
    • NewOptional confirmation SMS — turn it on in Settings → Notifications to text customers the moment their booking is confirmed (consent and country rules still apply).
    • NewOptional thank-you email when you mark an appointment complete — enable it in Settings → Notifications.
    • ImprovedCustomers are now emailed when their appointment is amended — reassigned to another team member or moved to a different location — not just when it's rescheduled.
    • ImprovedCalendar cards now show the location on 30-minute appointments, not just longer ones.
  37. v1.21.0

Unlimited email on paid plans, and a launch offer

    • ImprovedEmail reminders are now unlimited on every paid plan — no more monthly caps. The Free plan includes 200 a month.
    • NewSend from your own business email on any paid plan — connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 so booking emails come from your address (Settings → Email provider).
    • NewLaunch offer: 50% off your first year on any annual plan, applied automatically at checkout while the offer runs. Renews at the standard annual rate.
  38. v1.20.1

    One place to reach us

    • ImprovedEvery contact address across Bookaiq is now support@bookaiq.com — one inbox for support, billing, privacy and legal questions, so nothing goes unanswered.
  39. v1.20.0

Clearer plans, and a change to SMS

    • ImprovedClearer plan comparison on our pricing page — a full feature-by-feature matrix across every tier.
    • ImprovedSMS reminders are moving to your own Twilio connection — coming soon. Existing SMS reminder settings keep working until then.
  40. v1.19.6

    Longer free trials

    • ImprovedFree trials now run for 30 days on every plan — twice the time to get set up before your first bill.
  41. v1.19.5

    Simpler sign-in

    • ImprovedThe sign-in page now asks only for your email. Passkey, password, sign-in code, Google and Microsoft all stay — the SMS option is gone.
  42. v1.19.4

Sign in with the phone number you actually use

    • ImprovedAustralian numbers now work on the phone sign-in field the way you type them — 0450 996 187 is recognised as +61 450 996 187, so you don't have to type the country code manually.
  43. v1.19.3

    Clearer sign-in code prompts

    • ImprovedThe Resend link on the email/SMS sign-in code screen now shows a 60-second countdown and a friendlier message when you're waiting — no more confusing 'too many attempts' when you were only trying once.
  44. v1.19.2

    A simpler way in

Groundwork for a streamlined sign-in that starts with just your email or phone number.

    • ImprovedSign-in is getting a cleaner one-field start: enter your email and we take you straight to your passkey or password — with Google, Microsoft and passkey options right below.
  45. v1.19.1

    Password-reset links that stay valid

    • FixedPassword-reset links no longer expire the moment you request a sign-in code or a second reset email — every link now works until you use it or it times out after an hour.
  46. v1.19.0

A faster, more capable app on your phone

    • NewRun your day from your phone: the calendar now opens in Day view, a Quick Book button sits in the centre of the bottom bar, and a new “More” menu puts every tool one tap away.
    • NewSwipe a booking to confirm, check in, complete or mark no-show — and press-and-hold an appointment on the calendar to drag it to a new time, with a confirmation before anything moves.
    • ImprovedBigger, easier tap targets throughout the mobile app, and figures that fit on smaller screens.
  47. v1.18.1

Quick Book fixed for existing staff accounts

    • FixedStaff accounts set up before this release could still see “Could not load services, locations or staff” in Quick Book. Their access has been updated automatically — no action needed.
    • ImprovedRemoved the unused Team assignment section from the member Access tab.
  48. v1.18.0

A front desk that can book for everyone — without admin access

    • NewTeam access levels: pick Admin, Front desk, Manager or Staff on a member's Access tab. Front desk sees every calendar and can book, reschedule and cancel for any team member — no admin access needed.
    • NewChoose exactly who each member can book for: everyone, selected teammates, or just themselves. A live summary shows precisely what they'll see and manage.
    • FixedStaff accounts now see the same appointment colours as owners, get a working staff filter on the calendar, and can use Quick Book (service and location lists no longer fail to load for them).
  49. v1.17.0

Cleaner booking page with a Google rating that follows along

    • ImprovedYour Google rating now sits in a small, fixed box in the booking summary so it stays in view as customers fill in their details. Businesses with multiple locations get a gentle rotation between each location's rating.
    • ImprovedTidied the booking summary — the timezone moved to the top and a repeated footer line was removed.
    • FixedTurning off “Show prices” (or service duration) in your booking-website settings now correctly hides them on the booking page.
    • ImprovedAdded subtle motion as the booking page loads for a more polished feel.
  50. v1.16.0

A tidier booking page you control

    • ImprovedYour Google rating now appears as a small, neat summary box at the bottom of your booking page instead of a long list of reviews — cleaner, and you can turn it on or off.
    • NewNew controls in Settings → Booking website let you choose what customers see while booking: service prices, service duration, your team, and the Google reviews box.
    • ImprovedTidied the Booking website settings — removed options that weren't shown on the page, so what you edit is exactly what appears.
  51. v1.15.0

Organised booking menus and Google reviews on your page

    • NewGroup your services into categories and subcategories — set them on each service under Settings → Services. Your booking page now shows them as tidy, collapsible sections, so customers with a long menu find the right service faster.
    • NewYour booking page can now showcase your Google rating and latest Google reviews — automatically, for any location linked to its Google Business listing.
  52. v1.14.0

Send booking emails from your own mailbox

Enterprise workspaces can send confirmations and reminders from their own email address.

    • NewSend your booking emails from your own address — connect a Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox in one click, or use any other provider over SMTP, in Settings → Email provider. Available on Enterprise and managed by the workspace owner.
    • ImprovedThe Email provider screen is simpler: pick one sending method, with the connected mailbox clearly shown so it's easy to manage.
  53. v1.13.0

Clearer calendar, workspace timezone, and language options

    • ImprovedYour calendar now greys out times that can't be booked — based on each team member's working hours and each location's hours — so it matches exactly what your customers can pick.
    • FixedAssigning a team member's role and fine-tuning their access now saves reliably, and you can see exactly what each role can view and do.
    • NewSet a workspace timezone in Settings → Organisation so your dashboard and reports show the right day and times for your business.
    • NewChoose your language in Settings → Profile — English or Español to start, with more to come.
    • ImprovedConnected calendars now show their real status — connected or needs reconnecting — and you can choose the sync direction: two-way, push-only, or pull-only.
    • ImprovedA refreshed account menu with a clearer layout and your workspace and plan at a glance.
    • ImprovedClearer settings labels so booking intake forms and client profile fields are easy to tell apart.
  54. v1.12.0

Phone & video appointments now book from the dashboard

    • FixedCreating a phone or video appointment from the dashboard no longer fails — these don't have a physical location, and the booking now saves and is correctly labelled (e.g. “Online — Phone call appointment”).
  55. v1.11.0

Email previews, clearer booking types, reliable password resets

    • ImprovedThe email-template editor now shows a live preview of the real branded email your customers receive — your logo, colours and footer, with the merge tags filled in — instead of plain text.
    • ImprovedPhone and video appointments now clearly show their type — e.g. “Online — Phone call appointment” or “Online — Google Meet” — on the calendar, in the appointment details, and in the confirmation email, instead of only a location.
    • FixedPassword-reset links no longer expire before you can use them. The link now opens a page where you set your new password directly, so email security scanners can’t consume the link first.
  56. v1.10.0

    Clearer calendar, smoother bookings

    • ImprovedCalendar appointment cards are roomier — short 30-minute bookings no longer feel cramped, and the location shows on longer bookings (and on hover for any of them).
    • ImprovedOn the booking page, intake questions now come right after your customer's contact details and just before they confirm — a calmer, more logical order.
    • ImprovedCancelling from the appointment link now asks for confirmation first, so a stray tap can't cancel a booking by accident.
    • ImprovedAdding a customer while booking now uses separate First name and Last name fields everywhere, matching your public booking page.
    • FixedWhen someone books again with the same email, their name now updates to what they just entered — confirmations and records show the current name instead of an old one.
  57. v1.9.3

    Order your services your way

    • NewDrag your services into the order you want in Settings → Services, and your booking page shows them in exactly that order (instead of alphabetically). Up/down buttons work too.
  58. v1.9.2

    Right team, right location

When a customer picks a location, the booking page now only offers team members who actually work at that location.

    • FixedThe 'Choose a team member' step now hides staff who don't work at the selected location — customers only see people who can actually see them there.
  59. v1.9.1

    Booking page polish

The guided intake forms go live, and the booking page drops an unnecessary heading for a cleaner look.

    • ImprovedRemoved an unnecessary section heading on the booking page for a cleaner, less cluttered look.
  60. v1.9.0

    Guided intake forms

Collect what you need from customers before they confirm — build multi-step intake forms with sections, more field types and show-if logic, and customers fill them in a clean guided flow.

    • NewIntake forms are now multi-step: group questions into sections (steps), with a wider set of field types (text, dropdown, date, yes/no, address and more) and 'show only if' conditional logic.
    • ImprovedOn the booking page, questions are now a guided one-step-at-a-time flow with progress, shown before the customer confirms — instead of one long list.
    • ImprovedA cleaner booking page: removed the 'Gallery' and 'A few questions' section labels.
  61. v1.8.1

    A clearer booking form

First and last name are now separate fields, email is required, and the optional phone field has a country selector with the right dialling code.

    • ImprovedEnter your first and last name in separate fields, and a valid email is now required so your confirmation always reaches you.
    • ImprovedThe phone number is optional and now has a country-flag selector with the correct dialling code, defaulting to the business's country.
  62. v1.8.0

A smoother booking page, clearer team access, and a public release log

Your public booking page is faster and more reliable, your team's roles and access are easier to manage, your reports add up correctly, and you can now follow every Bookaiq update at bookaiq.com/changelog.

    • FixedPublic booking pages no longer turn away valid bookings — online (phone and video) appointments and approval-gated services now go through reliably.
    • ImprovedBooking moves faster and reads more clearly, from picking a service to confirming the time, with the right confirmation status shown at the end.
    • ImprovedTeam roles and access controls are clearer: assign exactly what each member can do, see, and manage, and removing a member now revokes their access straight away.
    • ImprovedReports are more accurate — totals group by your workspace's own day and time zone, so the numbers match what actually happened.
    • NewA public release log at bookaiq.com/changelog, so you can always see what's new without signing in.
    • FixedError messages across the app are friendlier and never show raw technical details.
  63. v1.7.0

More in every plan — and connect Bookaiq to your tools

Lower plans now include more, you can embed booking anywhere, add your own analytics, keep an eye on your calendar sync, and review requests before they're confirmed.

    • ImprovedSolo now includes no-show fees, recurring appointments, the waitlist, and the embeddable booking widget — features that used to need a higher plan.
    • NewEmbed your booking widget on any website — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or your own — with a single copy-paste snippet (Settings → Integrations).
    • NewRequire approval before a booking is confirmed: turn it on per service and approve or decline requests from the new Pending approval queue.
    • NewCalendar sync health — a new page that shows your Google/Outlook sync status at a glance and flags any conflicts to resolve.
    • NewAdd your own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to your public booking pages (loaded only after your visitor accepts cookies).
    • NewA developer API reference and signed webhooks for booking events, so you can build custom integrations on Pro.
  64. v1.6.0

Richer scheduling, reviews, and clinical tools

A big wave of capability — recurring and group bookings, automatic review requests, gift cards, guest booking, and notes for clinical workspaces.

    • NewRecurring appointments and group or class bookings.
    • NewAutomatic review requests sent to clients after their appointment.
    • NewGift cards your clients can buy online and redeem at checkout.
    • NewGuest booking — clients can book without creating an account.
    • NewTreatment notes for clinical workspaces (clinics and health services).
    • ImprovedWaitlist auto-fill offers a freed-up slot to the next waiting client automatically.
    • ImprovedReports, the dashboard, and prices now follow your workspace's country and currency.
  65. v1.5.0

Reports, team roles, and a cleaner experience

Full reporting with CSV export, a proper permissions system, and dozens of polish fixes that make the whole app feel more considered.
