Plans, billing & email reminders
Everything about what you pay, what you get, and how to change it.
The plans
Bookaiq has five tiers:
- Free — free forever. One person, one location, up to 30 bookings a month, with calendar sync and an online booking page.
- Solo — for one operator. Unlimited bookings, payments and deposits, reviews, gift cards, recurring appointments, the waitlist, and sending from your own business email.
- Grow — adds team scheduling, up to 3 users and 3 locations, group classes, video conferencing, and reporting.
- Pro — adds API access, webhooks, and roles & permissions for up to 5 users and 5 locations.
- Enterprise — custom limits, SSO, a custom domain, and a dedicated account manager. Priced per agreement.
The full feature-by-feature comparison lives on the pricing page (see the “Compare plans” table).
The 30-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. If you don’t subscribe, your workspace simply continues on the Free plan; your data stays put.
Email reminders
Booking confirmations and reminders are sent by email on every plan:
- Free — 200 email reminders per month.
- Every paid plan (Solo, Grow, Pro, Enterprise) — unlimited email reminders.
SMS reminders are moving to a connection with your own Twilio account — coming soon. If your business already uses SMS reminders, they keep working as-is until then.
Send from your own business email
On any paid plan you can connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 so booking emails come from your own address (for example reception@yourbusiness.com) instead of the shared Bookaiq sender:
- Sign in to Bookaiq as the workspace owner and go to Settings → Email provider.
- Choose Microsoft 365 or Gmail and click connect. You’ll be taken to Microsoft or Google to sign in and approve access to send mail as your mailbox.
- Back in Bookaiq, send a test email to confirm it’s working. From then on, booking emails go out from your address.
You can switch back to the default Bookaiq sender at any time on the same page. If nothing is connected, emails always go out reliably from the shared Bookaiq address.
Changing or cancelling your plan
- Upgrade or switch plans: go to Settings → Plan & billing in the app and pick the plan you want. Upgrades unlock features right away.
- Cancel: use Manage subscription on the same page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and your workspace then continues on the Free plan.
- Billing provider: Australian customers are billed in AUD via Stripe (GST included). Everywhere else is billed in USD via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which includes your local taxes at checkout.
- Price changes: if a plan price ever changes, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and the new price only applies from your next billing cycle. See the Terms of Service.
