- Yes — export your client list to CSV from Acuity and import it into Bookaiq, which ships a ready-made Acuity column mapping. Appointment history does not transfer; upcoming bookings are recreated in Bookaiq.
- Will my customers need to create an account?
- No. Customers can book as a guest, and a portal account is created automatically if they want to manage bookings themselves later.
